Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Zion Design Studios. Because each item is made to order, we have a carefully designed return and refund process to ensure fairness and quality.


 Made-to-Order Products

All products in our store are made individually after an order is placed. For this reason:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind

  • We do not accept returns for incorrect size or color selection

  • All sales are final once production begins


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our work. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will gladly offer a replacement at no additional cost.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • You must contact us within [7–14 days] of receiving your order

  • You must provide clear photos of the issue and packaging if applicable

  • The issue must be verified by our production team and fulfillment partner

Once approved, we will:

  • Reship a replacement item at no cost to you
    or

  • Offer a refund if a replacement is not possible


Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe:

  • Please contact us so we can investigate with our shipping carrier

  • If an order is confirmed lost in transit, we will issue a replacement or refund

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on location and customs processing.


Color & Mockup Disclaimer

Please note:

  • Colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings and printing processes

  • Product mockups are for illustrative purposes only

  • Minor variations are normal in the print production process

These variations are not considered defects.


Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer

  • Minor color differences between digital and printed artwork

  • Orders where incorrect address was provided at checkout


Printful Fulfillment

Our products are printed and shipped by a trusted third-party fulfillment partner (Printful). As such:

  • Production and shipping are handled externally

  • We rely on their quality control and shipping processes

  • We act as your point of contact for all order issues
